Ten projekt to kwadratowa rama przestrzenna / wysokość 16 metrów / całkowita długość 30 metrów / całkowita rozpiętość 18 metrów

1. Montaż stalowej ramy przestrzennej należy przeprowadzić po akceptacji dolnej osi konstrukcji i wmurowanej płyty.Wymagania dla podpory dolnej to: różnica wysokości pomiędzy sąsiednimi podporami (odległość L2): mniejsza wartość L2/800 i 10mm, przy tej samej wysokości Różnica wysokości pomiędzy podporą najwyższą i najniższą: 20mm;

2. Określić proces instalacji stalowej ramy przestrzennej zgodnie z siłą i właściwościami konstrukcyjnymi siatki oraz rzeczywistymi warunkami budowy na miejscu;

3. Po zamontowaniu stalowej ramy przestrzennej należy sprawdzić:

a.Dopuszczalna wartość odchylenia długości boku w pionie iw poziomie wynosi 1/2000 długości i nie powinna być większa niż 30mm;

b.Dopuszczalna wartość przesunięcia środka powinna wynosić 1/3000 rozpiętości stalowej ramy przestrzennej i nie powinna być większa niż 30 mm;

c.W przypadku ramy siatkowej podpartej na obwodzie dopuszczalne odchylenie wysokości wynosi 1/400 sąsiedniej podpory i nie powinno być większe niż 15 mm, a maksymalna i minimalna wartość nie powinna być większa niż 30 mm;dla ramy siatkowej podpartej wieloma punktami dopuszczalna odchyłka wysokości wynosi 1/800 sąsiedniej podpory i nie powinna być większa niż 30mm;

d.Wykryj ugięcie siatki zgodnie ze specyfikacjami i wymaganiami projektowymi.Po wykonaniu ugięcie stalowej ramy przestrzennej nie powinno być większe niż 115% obliczeniowej wartości projektowej.(Maksymalna wartość ugięcia ramy kratowej L/250)

4. Jeżeli lokalnie występują kulki do zgrzewania, do zgrzewania kulki i pręta stosuje się zgrzewanie rowkowe, a stopień spoiny nie powinien być niższy niż drugi gatunek.

5. Po zakończeniu montażu stalowej ramy przestrzennej powierzchnia połączeń i prętów ramy przestrzennej powinna być czysta i wolna od blizn i brudu.Przeguby i nadmiarowe otwory przegubów śrubowych należy wypełnić i uszczelnić smarem.

6. W okresie użytkowania kratki co 4-5 lat należy przeprowadzać kompleksową konserwację antykorozyjną.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
